• Own the automation strategy, improving test coverage and reliability.
• Help the team transition from manual to scalable, maintainable automated testing.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform targeted manual testing when needed and report on quality trends.
• Champion best practices to embed a strong quality culture across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience owning and elevating automated testing across multiple applications.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and improving automation frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and analysts.
• Experience balancing automation with pragmatic manual testing.
• Active participation in Agile environments and continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and thriving in Agile environments.
