What you will do
- Support the CTO on technical strategy and architecture.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, driving a high-performance, delivery-focused culture.
- Drive hiring for exceptional talent and ensure smooth engineering operations.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Design, AI, Customer, and Sales teams.
- Act as a player/coach, getting hands-on with code when needed.
- Formalize delivery management and evolve performance development processes.
- Encourage innovation and leverage AI to effectively scale output.
- Ensure products evolve quickly and safely with best development, security, and testing practices.
Requirements
- Exceptional technical leadership and architecture skills for complex international products.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Strong cross-functional partnership experience with Product, Design, AI, Customer, and Sales teams.
- Player/coach mindset with willingness to engage directly with code.
- Deep understanding of best development, security, and testing practices.
- Experience in formalizing delivery management and performance development processes.
