What you will do

• Collaborate on video projects from brief to final delivery.
• Create key visuals, layouts, and final assets hands-on.
• Develop comprehensive storyboards for video/live-action content.
• Define and maintain motion design systems and ensure animation quality.
• Provide still art direction for photo and video shoots.
• Interface with clients on creative decisions, video formats, and messaging.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of relevant design and Art Director experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, design craft, and conceptual problem-solving.
• Extensive storyboarding experience for video/live-action.
• Demonstrated ability to work on compelling video content for corporate B2B clients.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with social, digital media, and AI.
• Experience with corporate/talking-head video content.
