Location: Remote-Friendly (US), with required office attendance in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $260,000 – $305,000 USD Annual Salary

What you will do

• Create high-quality motion work for product launches, marketing campaigns, and research releases.
• Shape and evolve motion design strategy, developing foundational brand animation patterns.
• Build and document frameworks and standards for organization-wide motion implementation.
• Guide and mentor teams in motion design principles and brand expertise.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate motion design in projects.
• Take ownership of emerging motion needs across product, events, and campaigns.

Requirements

• 6+ years of motion design experience with an outstanding portfolio.
• Ability to create high-quality motion work and build repeatable patterns.
• Experience developing motion design systems and teaching others.
• Capability to bridge individual execution with strategic brand thinking.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, research, and marketing teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of motion design tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
