What you will do

• Design and animate motion assets from concept to completion across brand, marketing, and live experiences.
• Contribute to and maintain motion libraries and motion documentation.
• Simplify abstract concepts through thoughtful motion.
• Curate motion systems with attention to clarity, design, composition, and timing.
• Navigate concurrent projects through effective communication and clear prioritization.
• Exchange honest, respectful feedback with teammates.
• Find opportunities to improve design processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of motion design experience with brand or campaign focus.
• A portfolio, website, or links to work (with access and viewing instructions).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, Creative Suite, Figma, and Lottie.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.
• Collaborative with producers, program managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams.
• Quick learner who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in NY, USA for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cavalry and other motion or interactive software.
