What you will do
- Run Managed Service offerings for various clients using Fan Dynamics.
- Engage with creators, brands, and musicians to build and deepen their connection to gamers.
- Assist in client support initiatives for the FanDX team.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams on the FanDX roadmap.
Requirements
- Previous experience in community management, especially on Discord and/or for creators.
- English: B2+ required.
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity (~20-30 hours per week).
- Be self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, strategic, creative, resilient, and coachable.
