Provisioning Analyst

TL;DR

Provisioning Analyst: Ensuring client success from contract to implementation by setting up products, assigning resources, and managing client lifecycle events. Focus on identifying and implementing process improvements, ensuring data accuracy in financial records, and solving complex client configuration challenges.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania). This role requires working a hybrid shift from 1PM to 10PM LTU time.

Salary: €1,800–€2,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Complete the initial setup (provisioning) of products for customers based on contract specifications and assign implementation resources.
• Set up projects for resources based on contract and SOW information, and book hours for time tracking.
• Manage internal chat rooms and distribution lists to engage appropriate teams for client configuration and project setup/closure queries.
• Update financial records accurately and timely with required information.
• Proceed to project closure upon service delivery, ensuring successful client implementation against contract entitlements.
• Manage the client lifecycle by executing service terminations, suspensions, or reactivations based on contractual and financial status.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to the provisioning program to increase scalability, quality, and efficiency, and contribute to documentation updates.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and maintain knowledge of financial rules, product specifications, and contractual regulations relevant to the role.
• Ability to analyze semi-complex to complex problems, identify solutions, and execute with limited management oversight.
• Meticulous approach and eagerness to delve into details to ensure correct product and project setup, even with ambiguous information.
• High organization, absolute focus on quality of work, good judgment, and decision-making.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a complex workload effectively.
• A good understanding of teamwork and a high appreciation for group goals, plus Bachelor's Equivalent education/experience.
