What you will do

• Build and own hirify.global’s Community programs in the Philippines, from strategy to execution.
• Develop and manage a content calendar for communities across various channels like Facebook and Viber.
• Produce engaging content including video tutorials, webinars, live events, and design challenges.
• Host and facilitate virtual and live community events, workshops, and creator activations.
• Build strong relationships and champion local educators, creators, designers, and partners.
• Manage a local budget for acquisition, activation, and engagement initiatives, tracking KPIs and reporting insights.

Requirements

• Passion for hirify.global and empowering others to design.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog (written and spoken).
• Experience in growing or managing online communities, especially large Facebook groups.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, problem-solve with empathy, and lead with a bias for action.
• Comfortable running virtual workshops and creating/publishing video content across social platforms.

Nice to have

• Background as a graphic designer or educator, or deep curiosity in applying creative/teaching experience.
• Existing network of local creators and/or educators, or excitement to build one.
