What you will do

• Run analysis for station and last-mile performance, presenting solutions for KPI gaps.
• Lead operations improvement projects, identifying and interpreting trends in complex data.
• Present relevant insights to multiple stakeholders to gain support for driving operational performance.
• Travel throughout the nation for operational reviews, project execution, and training consultation.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Technology, Information System, Statistics or Engineering.
• 2 years of experience as operation analyst or related position at a transportation/logistics company.
• Advanced in using Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and conceptual skills.
• Highly flexible, easy to adapt with new environments, customer-centric, and eager to self-learn.
