Location: Hybrid; must maintain an in-office presence in Indonesia for the majority of the working week (minimum 3 days per week)

What you will do
- Implement and operate the program MEL system, including the results framework, indicators, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate routine data collection and verification from program activities and KBPF grantees.
- Maintain MEL datasets, trackers, and dashboards to ensure data integrity and user-friendly retrieval.
- Produce performance summaries and data visualizations for internal management and DFAT reporting.
- Document learning outcomes from reflection sessions and after-action reviews to strengthen adaptive management.
- Track and report on GEDSI and safeguards-related monitoring requirements, ensuring appropriate data disaggregation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Statistics, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEL or program performance roles within development programs.
- Experience working with donor-funded programs, preferably DFAT-funded or DFAT-aligned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong data literacy and proficiency in Excel or digital MEL systems, databases, and visualization tools.
- Ability to maintain a hybrid in-office presence in Indonesia.
