What you will do

• Facilitate implementation and configuration of client hirify.global product deployments.
• Provide client with business process-focused customization of deployed hirify.global products.
• Deliver training on hirify.global products and broader monitoring principles.
• Analyze business requirements and design value-add implementation solutions.
• Perform system-related diagnosis based on monitoring results and conduct product-level root cause analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding hirify.global products applied to key industry technologies.

Requirements

• United States citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
• TIAA Security+ certification is required.
• 2+ years of experience with hands-on server and network administration for medium or large businesses.
• 2+ years of experience with industry-standard monitoring technologies like SNMP and WMI.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server OS administration, network and switching foundations, and troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience with high availability system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring concepts (alerting, reporting, dashboards).
• Experience with third-party technologies (Wireless controllers, Storage Appliance, Hypervisors, Nagios, Service Desk).
• Strong understanding of SNMP, SNMP traps, and Syslog.
