TL;DR

hirify.global Engineering Specialist (Cybersecurity): Facilitate the implementation and configuration of client hirify.global product deployments with an accent on business process focused customization and training delivery. Focus on analyzing business requirements and performing system-related diagnosis based on monitoring results.

Location: US MO. Daily responsibilities to be performed on location at Scott Air Force Base.

What you will do

• Facilitate implementation and configuration of client hirify.global product deployments.
• Provide client with business process focused customization of their deployed hirify.global products.
• Deliver training on hirify.global products and broader monitoring principles to client.
• Analyze business requirements and design value-add hirify.global implementation solutions.
• Perform system related diagnosis based on monitoring results.
• Conduct product-level root cause analysis and help guide client through hirify.global support process to address identified opportunities.

Requirements

• United States citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
• TIAA Security+ certification is required.
• 2+ years of experience with hands-on server and network administration for medium or large businesses.
• 2+ years of experience with industry-standard monitoring technologies like SNMP and WMI.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server OS administration and troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience with third-party technologies other than hirify.global: Wireless controllers & AP’s, Storage Appliance, Hypervisors, Nagios, Service Desk.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring concepts, including monitoring, alerting, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of SNMP, SNMP traps, and Syslog.
