What you will do

• Lead a team providing technical support for backend digital design implementation and signoff (Place and Route, Design Closure, timing/power signoff).
• Guide customers on utilizing hirify.global technologies to achieve design goals and meet project schedules.
• Collaborate on technical presentations, product demonstrations, and drive technical evaluations.
• Work closely with R&D to enhance tools and methodologies based on customer requirements.
• Drive adoption and proliferation of hirify.global tools and technologies.
• Provide guidance on flow amendments using Tcl and other programming skills.

Requirements

• 15+ years of industry Physical Design experience.
• BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge in Digital Design Fundamentals, Semiconductor fundamentals, and Static Timing Analysis.
• Prior experience with IC digital implementation flows and backend EDA tools.
• Experience with advanced nodes (10nm and below).
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Tcl/Perl/Python.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MS degree in relevant fields.
• Experience with frontend EDA tools (Synthesis, DFT, Logical Equivalence Checking).
• Familiarity with hirify.global tools such as Genus, Innovus, Conformal, Tempus, Modus, Voltus or competitors like ICC, ICC2, DC, Primetime.
• Experience with advanced nodes (5nm and below).
