What you will do

• Write and structure content for web and mobile interfaces across shopping and booking journeys.
• Partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and Researchers.
• Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
• Ensure consistency with brand voice and content guidelines across products.
• Participate in usability testing and iterate copy based on user feedback and data.
• Contribute to content patterns and help evolve the content system, advocating for accessibility, inclusivity, and plain language.

Requirements

• Strong experience in UX writing / content design for digital products.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and helpful interface copy.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and usability testing.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and content workflows.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.
• Ability to defend content decisions using user insights and data.
• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or digital product content.
• Strong portfolio with UX writing examples and product flows.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
