TL;DR

UX/UI Designer (Fintech): Designing and delivering user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms for a financial services group with an accent on seamless experiences across devices and customer journeys. What you will do

  • Design and deliver user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless experiences across devices.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and insight teams to assess customer needs using Lean Startup, Design Sprints, and Agile.
  • Design and build prototype UX/UIs for development, market testing, and internal communication, in line with Consumer Duty principles.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations to optimize customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex financial concepts into simple, actionable designs.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Apply best practices in accessibility and inclusive design to meet regulatory and user needs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience working in Agile and SCRUM delivery teams.
  • Experience with user testing tools such as UserZoom.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of user-centric design principles.
  • English: B2 required.
  • This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Nice to have

  • Experience within financial services and knowledge of pensions.
  • Knowledge of A/B and/or multivariate testing.
