Product Manager (Cryptography/PKI)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Cryptography/PKI): Expanding and maturing hirify.global's Vault cryptographic and PKI capabilities with an accent on certificate management, key rotation, crypto agility, and support for Post Quantum Cryptography. Focus on crafting product strategy documents, prioritizing roadmaps based on user needs, and conducting user research for engineering requirements.

What you will do

• Craft the product strategy by understanding the security landscape, user needs, and hirify.global principles.
• Write detailed product strategy documents focused on cryptographic features, PKI, and the roadmap for PQC transition and support.
• Prioritize the product roadmap by taking feedback from security practitioners, engineering, marketing, and the hirify.global vision.
• Conduct user research and write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to distill research into engineering requirements.
• Communicate product status to sales, marketing, and engineering partners.
• Help with sales and marketing collateral to educate on the product story and features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with developer or security products.
• 1+ years of experience with cryptographic technologies, PKI, certificate management, and key management systems (KMS) or hardware security modules (HSM).
• Strong user and market research skills within the cloud and enterprise security space.
• Ability to organize multiple stakeholders towards a common goal.
• Analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs.
• Must have the ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Strong technical understanding of cryptographic primitives, algorithms, key derivation functions, and zero-trust security models.
• Direct knowledge of or experience planning for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) standards and migration strategies.
