TL;DR

Automation Engineer (AI): Delivering AI & Custom Services projects, designing and configuring applications on the hirify.global platform, and providing customized training with an accent on customer's unique requirements and integrations to third party platforms. Focus on problem-solving challenging requirements, building to specification efficiently, and using AI in the contact center.

Location: Remote within the United States or Hybrid based in San Ramon, CA (3 days a week M, W, TH) if residing within 50 miles of the San Ramon office.

Salary: $70,400 - $196,300 USD

What you will do

  • Engage with customers to understand their problems, needs, and goals.
  • Design and configure applications on the hirify.global platform for each customer’s unique requirements, often with integrations to third-party platforms.
  • Provide customers with configuration advice and problem resolution on hirify.global products.
  • Give customized training to ensure customers have a thorough understanding of solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead technical sessions and become a trusted advisor to decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Knowledge of and experience implementing intelligent virtual agents, natural language understanding engines such as Google Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, or Agent Assist platforms.
  • Ability to visualize options and communicate them efficiently and distinctly.
  • Self-starter possessing excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 10% nationally with occasional international travel possible (valid passport required).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity or technical certification in SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, networking, CRM, ACD, IVR and call center practices.
  • Experience working on enterprise deployments involving multiple vendors.
  • A strong combination of technical call center expertise, client development, and configuration experience.
  • Creativity in solution architecture and design.
