What you will do

• Processing local purchases in Europe from task assignment to receiving goods.
• Managing existing suppliers and expanding the local supplier database.
• Driving cross-functional collaboration between IT/engineering, purchase, finance, and logistics teams.
• Creating dashboards and reporting on tasks to ensure timely completion within deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in IT purchases or a related role with an existing IT hardware supplier network.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Good skills in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Advanced experience with Outlook and MS Office.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Netsuite.
