Focus on tackling complex business problems with AI and ensuring optimal production setup across GPU stack, infrastructure, backend, and frontend.

Location: Remote within the US, with required travel (30-60%) to client offices.

What you will do

• Execute technical discovery and identify opportunities where Mistral solutions can unlock value for customers.
• Guide and support customers in deploying hirify.global models and products into their infrastructure.
• Onboard customers, providing guidance on deployment and integration for optimal production setups from GPU stack to frontend interfaces.
• Develop custom features for customers as needed and liaise regularly with product and technical teams.
• Define and track success metrics of Proof of Concepts (POCs), operating as a program leader for projects.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• Have experience working as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect.
• Be experienced with deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments.
• Be fluent in Python and have experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
• Possess a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
• Have been involved in a customer-facing role, with strong project & stakeholder management skills, and foundational AI/ML/Data science knowledge.
