TL;DR
TechOps Specialist (IT): Supporting a global workforce across multiple hubs by managing IT systems, assets, and infrastructure with an accent on ticket resolution, MDM configuration, and identity management. This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be based in Birmingham, UK, within commuting distance, and work in the office at least 3-4 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available.

What you will do
- Provide global IT support to 1,200 employees across multiple hubs.
- Manage ticketing system (Zendesk), provide root analysis, and improve processes.
- Assist with the lifecycle of company assets (catalog, repair, ship, inventory, purchasing).
- Configure and maintain MDM tools, including deploying new configurations and application management.
- Administer Okta for identity management, creating workflows and managing integrations.
- Manage Google Workspace, including user/group management and mailflows.
- Maintain network infrastructure and associated systems.
- Provide audio visual support for meeting rooms and company events.
- Mentor junior team members and assist/manage IT projects.
Requirements
- Experienced in internal IT support within a fast-paced environment.
- Operational experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Administration experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf Pro.
- Administration experience with Okta and Active Directory.
- Administration experience managing Google Workspace.
- Strong documentation, automation, and scripting skills.
- Experience managing modern SAAS tools (Slack, Notion, Box & Zoom).
- Experience supporting network infrastructure (DHCP, LAN, WAN, DNS, WiFi).
- Must be based in Birmingham, UK, within commuting distance to the office.
- English proficiency required.
