What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical issuance systems that support tokenized assets across multiple blockchains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, and infrastructure to define system architecture and technical requirements.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of issuance services through best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize existing issuance infrastructure to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in blockchain, distributed systems, and financial technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Golang, Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++, or Python.
• Proven experience working in the crypto / blockchain industry, with a solid understanding of key concepts.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design.
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and tools, such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS services.
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or cryptographic principles.
