Affiliate Manager (Remote-to-Relocation)
Location: Remote (Probation) / Limassol Cyprus (Post-Probation)

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager with the active database in Tier 1 to join our growing performance marketing team. This is a unique "Bridge" role: you will start your journey working remotely, allowing you to integrate with our culture and systems from your current location. Upon successful completion of your probation period, we will facilitate your relocation to the Mediterranean tech hub of Cyprus.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships—from initial scouting and negotiation to technical onboarding and long-term optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding: Identify, reach out to, and onboard new high-quality affiliates, publishers, and influencers.
Performance Optimization: Monitor daily traffic and conversion data to ensure maximum ROI and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Negotiation: Manage commission structures (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and negotiate deals that align with company KPIs.
Compliance & Fraud Monitoring: Audit affiliate traffic quality to ensure brand safety and prevent fraudulent activity.
Campaign Management: Coordinate with the design and content teams to provide affiliates with high-performing creative assets.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing them with technical support and strategic advice to scale their campaigns.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing in Tier 1 (iGaming experience is a must).
Technical Literacy: Proficiency with affiliate tracking software (e.g., Tune, Cellxpert, Impact) and Google Analytics.
Data-Driven: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
Communication: Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Other languages will be considered as an advantage.
Adaptability: Comfortable starting in a fully remote environment and transitioning to an on-site team in Cyprus.
