What you will do
- Develop a TikTok-first content strategy aligned with brand values and market-specific culture.
- Identify trends, formats, and sounds early, adapting them for brand content.
- Ideate, script, and brief TikTok campaigns, collaborating with creators, editors, and in-house colleagues.
- Optimise hooks, captions, hashtags, and posting times as part of a consistent posting cadence.
- Monitor performance, iterate based on insights, and run structured content experiments.
- Build influencer communities, recruit a brand squad, and manage UGC campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience growing TikTok accounts and communities.
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and algorithms.
- Track record of producing or managing successful short-form video content.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills in English.
- Experience with Paid TikTok Ads and a finger on the pulse of platform dynamics.
- Thorough understanding of the sports landscape and a fervent passion for delivering topical, relevant, and engaging content.
