What you will do
- Develop and execute global SMM strategies for key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, VK) aligned with product and marketing goals.
- Lead the creation of engaging content, including gameplay videos, Reels, and collaborations with players (UGC).
- Create and develop a team of SMM specialists/content creators, establishing efficient content planning and production processes.
- Analyze campaign performance (ER, CTR, conversions, engagement), conduct A/B tests, and implement data-driven strategy improvements.
- Develop and manage an influencer engagement strategy, covering outreach, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with community managers to synchronize activities, respond to player feedback, and enhance audience loyalty.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an SMM Manager or SMM Team Lead in the game development industry, preferably with mobile F2P projects.
- Proven experience in developing and successfully implementing SMM strategies that led to audience growth and improved key metrics.
- Expert-level analytical skills for social media metrics, report building, and data-driven conclusions.
- Understanding of the full content production cycle, from idea to working with designers, copywriters, and video editors.
- English: C1 (Advanced) required for working with a global audience and analytics.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating specific examples of successful campaigns, channel growth, or viral content.
Nice to have
- Personal passion for football and a deep understanding of its culture, terminology, and audience.
- Experience in launching SMM promotion for a game from scratch.
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
