What you will do
- Develop and execute global content strategies across multiple international markets.
- Scale Instagram presence and launch TikTok initiatives for the brand.
- Produce diverse engaging content, including Reels, TikToks, static, educational, and trend-based formats.
- Adapt content to different cultural contexts and collaborate with designers, influencer managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Work with User Generated Content (UGC) and trend-driven formats.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize SMM efforts based on data.
- Build a structured and scalable SMM approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SMM, specifically managing Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategies for global audiences.
- Strong understanding of cultural content adaptation and trend-based formats.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing strategies based on data.
- Experience collaborating with design, influencer, and cross-functional teams.
- English: B2+ required for effective global communication.
