What you will do

• Build and enhance the industry-leading Returns Management SaaS Platform.
• Collaborate with passionate teams to turn challenging requirements into exceptional solutions.
• Continuously innovate to ensure the platform stays fast, scalable, and reliable.
• Dive deep into business processes, developing technological solutions that delight clients.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.
• 3-5 years of experience with Python for data handling, API interactions, and automation.
• Strong SQL & NoSQL skills for retrieving and structuring large datasets.
• Experience or strong interest in working with OpenAI’s API (GPT models) and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of how to structure AI prompts for clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Experience in RESTful API interactions and processing structured responses.
• Proficiency in pandas and numpy for cleaning and preparing data before AI inference.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, parallel processing, and caching for scalability and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Communicate confidently in English (Upper-intermediate or above).

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI (Swagger).
• Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Experience fine-tuning OpenAI models or custom LLM deployment.
• Hands-on experience with big data tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing (asyncio, Celery) for high-volume API calls.
• Experience in pricing automation & AI-powered decision-making.
• Proficiency in Russian, Romanian, or Spanish.
