• Identify high-impact opportunities within the retail payments domain.
• Plan, scope, and prototype solutions from design to rollout, leveraging Android and server-side technologies.
• Make key technical decisions that will lay the foundation for future retail strategy.
• Stay in tune with customer needs through direct feedback and industry research.

Requirements

• Growth mindset with an emphasis on continuous learning and improvement.
• 8+ years experience building and shipping production software.
• 8-10 years experience with Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience with payments technology or fintech in general.
• Hybrid work required two days per week in the Dublin office.
