Fullstack Software Engineer (Acquisition & Monetization): Building and operating product features related to user acquisition, onboarding, activation, and payments/subscription lifecycle management with an accent on product-led growth and data-driven experimentation. Focus on creating engaging onboarding experiences, integrating with third-party marketplaces, and simplifying user flows.

Location: Fully remote from anywhere in Ireland, with an option to use the Dublin office.

What you will do

• Drive impactful changes to the codebase and see them live in production quickly.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to evolve the product and solve customer problems.
• Write and review high-quality, well-tested code for a stable product and stress-free codebase.
• Identify and implement improvements in codebase and team processes.
• Take full ownership of solutions from development to production and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Roughly 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Direct experience building and delivering software using a high-level programming language.
• Comfortable working across the stack with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, and Docker.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve.
• Ability to prioritize and focus on impactful problems.
