What you will do

• Lead the software quality team for the hirify.global Focus camera product family.
• Improve software quality and accelerate delivery by guiding teams and tracking results.
• Coach team members to level up their technical and quality skills.
• Own and evolve the test automation strategy, balancing speed, coverage, and maintainability.
• Ensure high-quality software across on-device applications, cloud services, and mobile apps.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and team growth.
• Ability to drive technical excellence in developing robust, scalable automation frameworks.
• Strong focus on overall product quality, utilizing data and metrics for improvements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional leaders to plan and deliver product enhancements.
• A customer-centric mindset, adapting testing approaches to customer workflows.

• Working knowledge of U.S. sports (basketball, American football).
