Frontend and Mobile Developer (React Native): Building state-of-the-art frontend and mobile features by writing accessible, performant, maintainable, and well-tested code. What you will do

• Build and implement state-of-the-art frontend and mobile features.
• Develop, test, and review code and take part in software design and architecture decisions.
• Implement modules to connect to wearable sensors via Bluetooth Low Energy.
• Implement modules to connect to the sensors built in mobile phones, smart watches, and other wearables via SDKs.
• Extend our existing Wear OS companion app, written in Kotlin.
• Collaborate closely with UX Design, Backend Engineering, QA, and Product Management.

Requirements

• You’re ready for a challenging position with the opportunity to learn and to contribute with your 2+ years experience as a frontend engineer.
• You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a related field
• You have experience with mobile app development on Android and optionally on iOS.
• You have worked hands-on with cross-platform app development using React Native.
• You have a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Your written and spoken English is fluent, knowledge of German is a plus
