What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a global team of three Reward & Recognition partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive scalable and efficient compensation programs, processes, tooling, and data within Reward operations.
  • Enhance and strengthen Reward’s reporting capabilities to enable strategic decision-making and insights.
  • Develop and oversee compensation and recognition frameworks for the entire organizational structure.
  • Influence and support senior leaders and cross-functional partners with data-backed advice on reward challenges.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize compensation programs to improve return on total rewards investment.
  • Embody a compensation strategy that ensures competitiveness, especially in the AI talent market.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in compensation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a Reward team, preferably within a global and/or tech environment.
  • Proven history of holding end-to-end responsibility for complex Reward programs and driving them to successful outcomes.
  • Ability to assimilate ambiguous information from varied sources to provide meaningful insights using Google Sheets (or equivalent), SQL or other database tools, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong AI fluency and an AI First approach to core work.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams without compromising attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
