We are looking for a Mid–Senior QA Engineer to join our team and help us maintain a high level of quality across our DeFi-products.

Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, smoke).
- Analyze requirements and actively clarify task details with Product Managers and Developers.
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and checklists.
- Maintain test documentation and ensure it stays up to date.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with the development team.
- Participate in release validation and post-release quality checks.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and coverage.
- Contribute to building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Use AI tools to improve testing efficiency and automation where applicable.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
- Strong experience with manual testing of complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with test automation.
- Solid understanding of functional and regression testing.
- Ability to work with incomplete or evolving requirements.
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Strong English skills (written and spoken) - daily communication with an international team and managers is required.
- Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and proactive attitude.
- Experience with blockchain and DeFi products, including non-custodial wallets, lending/borrowing protocols, and DeFi dApps.
- Experience testing fintech or financial products.

Nice to Have
- Practical use of AI-assisted testing tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA integration into release flows.

Compensation & Terms
- Compensation: from $4,000-6,000 USD per month (fiat or crypto), depending on experience and skills.
- Contract-based role with a Swiss company.
- Fully remote.
