🚀 QA Lead | DeFi / Crypto / Solana | Remote 🚀

We’re looking for an experienced QA Lead who will fully own product quality across a next-generation DeFi neobank built on Solana. As the only QA Lead, you’ll build QA processes from scratch, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and become the single source of truth for product reliability.

✔️ About the Role and the Project:
You’ll oversee quality for the entire product stack from Solana on-chain logic and transaction flows to iOS/Android mobile experiences, financial calculations, credit engine stability, and UX edge cases. The platform combines smart-contract–secure borrowing, real-time APY and LTV logic, dynamic limits, and high-volume transaction processing. The platform provides a crypto-collateralized credit card, Borrow Mode, Savings Hub, premium membership tiers, integrations with Drift/Kamino, and a proprietary credit engine, all within a full-scale mobile fintech application.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Test deposits, withdrawals, borrow/repay flows
• Validate PDA, delegate, signer logic
• Verify transaction flows from simulate → confirm
• Stress-test edge cases (low liquidity, oracle jumps, LTV thresholds)
• QA for Savings Hub and Borrow Mode contracts
• Validate APY/interest calculations
• Test all core flows: onboarding → KYC → card issuance → PIN → spend
• Validate Direct Mode vs Borrow Mode behaviour
• Test limits, membership features, fallback logic
• Ensure transaction stability and error handling
• Test push notifications, UX responses, and failure scenarios
• Validate Borrow Power calculations
• Assess transaction processing time, declines, failed scenarios
• Verify all financial displays (balances, APY, LTV, graphs)
• Ensure safety and correctness of all monetary operations
• Build test matrix, plans, regression suites from scratch
• Set up QA documentation and reporting standards
• Establish bug-tracking processes
• Collaborate directly with smart-contract, backend, and mobile teams
• Act as the central authority for quality across the product
• Create clear, structured bug-reports (video, steps, tx-id, device info)
• Provide UX recommendations
• Track edge-case bugs and hidden logic issues

✔️ Key Qualifications:
• 3+ years of QA experience
• Mandatory experience in crypto / Web3 / DeFi
• Strong understanding of Solana ecosystem: RPC, SPL tokens, PDAs, wallets
• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Ability to independently own the entire QA function
• High attention to edge cases, financial logic, and transaction flows

• Experience testing Solana smart contracts directly
• Knowledge of DeFi — lending/borrowing, yield, margin
• Ability to write basic automated tests (TS/Rust)
• Experience in US/EU fintech environments
• Technical background
