QA Engineer (Fintech, UAT)

TL;DR

QA Engineer (Fintech, UAT): Testing new and existing application features from an end-to-end user and business perspective, with strong focus on UAT. Focus on performing UI/UX validation, managing the defect lifecycle, and participating in Agile ceremonies for an international financial application.

Location: Hybrid: 3 days/week from the Vilnius office

Salary: 2900 - 4400 gross EUR per month (for employees in Lithuania only)

What you will do

• Test new and existing application features from an end-to-end user and business perspective, with a strong focus on UAT.
• Perform UI/UX validation to ensure smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Write, maintain, and execute clear, well-structured test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (refinements, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Use JIRA to work with Epics, Stories, defects, and test execution.
• Manage the defect lifecycle: reporting, retesting, and verifying fixes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA, UAT or software testing roles.
• Hands-on experience with UAT and UI/UX testing.
• Experience with mobile testing and real-device testing.
• Awareness or practical experience with financial, transactional or data-driven systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
• Good working knowledge of JIRA (Epics, Stories, test execution, and defect workflows).
