What you will do

• Co-create a new system within a large-scale recruitment ecosystem.
• Build new functionalities based on a microservices architecture using .NET technology.
• Develop solutions from idea to production deployment.
• Design solutions with business context in mind.
• Ensure the quality and performance of delivered solutions.
• Analyze requirements together with the business team and co-shape the technical development direction.
• Collaborate with other teams, including designers, architects, researchers, and business stakeholders, conducting code reviews and pair programming.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience with C#, ASP.NET, and WebAPI.
• Knowledge of relational database technologies (MS SQL / T-SQL).
• Good understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Ability to design clear application architecture with attention to domain logic and clean code principles.
• Experience in designing REST APIs and writing unit tests.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships.
• Willingness to learn and grow, and effectively use coding agents.
• Advanced level of the Polish language required.
