As a Backend .NET Developer , you will join a cross-functional team working on scalable web applications and backend services. You’ll participate in both technical and product-related discussions, design robust solutions, and support the team during client sessions, technical workshops, and implementation phases. • C# with the .NET 6 framework

**What We Expect

**

• At least 3+ years of experience in developing web applications (as a backend developer).

• commitment to your project, including collaborating with the project team and the clients, conducting workshops and technical sessions, etc.
• understanding of how high-performance web applications work
• being able to solve problems and make decisions independently
• very good knowledge of C# and .NET 6
• communicative English
• good teamwork and learning skills.

**Even Better If You Also Have

**

• knowledge of the AWS cloud
• familiarity with video processing and distribution.

**Recruitment Process

• Interview with Magda - People Operations Specialist - a 30-minute online meeting to get to know each other better,
• Interview with the Chapter leader and the People Operations Specialist – a more in-depth conversation about the role and mutual expectations, lasting about 1 hour.
