What you will do

• Create technical solution designs as Architecture Decision Records and ensure their implementation.
• Guide development workflow, review requirements, and define and implement engineering standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and technical interview activities.
• Provide high-level technical abstracts based on clients' needs (e.g., pre-sale).
• Be responsible for the professional growth of junior team members and manage line responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing scalable solutions using development standards.
• Solid background in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with performance and security standards.
• In-depth proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS) and experienced in defining release strategy.
• Successful cases in defining testing approaches and quality gates (SonarQube) and proficient in configuring monitoring.
