🚀 Chief Technology Officer | Remote 🚀
We’re looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a strong Solutions Architect background to lead the technical direction of a next-gen Web3 fintech platform built on Solana. This role is for a senior technical leader who has built and scaled high-load financial systems and is ready to own architecture, engineering strategy, and production stability end-to-end.
✔️ Salary: Up to $8,000, based on experience

✔️ About the Role:
A premium crypto neobank built on Solana, offering the world’s first debit + credit card fully backed by on-chain assets. The platform enables users to spend crypto without selling it, unlock credit limits backed by their tokens, activate Borrow Mode, earn via a savings hub, and upgrade to premium memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum). The system operates in a high-load, financial-grade environment with real-time blockchain data, strict uptime requirements, and thousands of concurrent users. As CTO, you’ll define the technical vision, design scalable system architecture, and ensure the platform remains stable, secure, and ready to grow.
✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Define and own the overall technical vision and system architecture
• Design scalable, reliable architecture for high-load financial systems
• Own production stability, performance, and reliability
• Make key architectural and technology decisions
• Build and evolve engineering processes and technical standards
• Work closely with product, backend, DevOps, and blockchain teams
• Lead technical planning and execution across teams
• Oversee infrastructure, security, and scalability strategy
• Handle critical incidents and lead root cause analysis
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
✔️ Key Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in senior engineering or architecture roles
• Strong background as a Solutions Architect or Lead Engineer
• Proven experience building and scaling high-load financial systems
• Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and reliability
• Experience making architecture decisions in complex environments
• Strong ownership mindset and responsibility for technical outcomes
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term architecture
• Designing distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
• Understanding of backend systems and data pipelines
• Strong grasp of security, reliability, and performance trade-offs
• Experience working with real-time or transaction-heavy systems
• Experience in fintech and/or iGaming environments
• Understanding of regulatory, security, and uptime requirements
• Experience working with payment systems or financial flows
