Требования:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Publisher Manager, at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Experience with CPM, CPC and flat deals is mandatory.
- Proven experience in hunting direct publishers with own sites is a must.
- Driven, enthusiastic team player and drive for achieving results.
- Strong communication skills in an international environment.
- English level from upper-intermediate to advanced.

Обязанности:

- Achieve sales targets and establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Daily and monthly monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success and identify areas for improvement
- Be a leader for the team of publisher manager: hire, onboard, train, share experience, support and oversee reporting
- Collaborate with the advertisers' managers team and work in synergy to achieve the project's common goals
- Attend industry conferences and industry events (when required)
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
