Senior Business Development Team Lead (Advertising) - LATAM / Brazil

TrafficStars is looking for a Senior Business Development Team Lead to drive growth across LATAM, with a strong focus on Brazil. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in affiliate / iGaming / digital advertising who can scale partnerships and close high-value deals in international markets.

Responsibilities:
— Develop and grow relationships with advertisers across Brazil and LATAM
— Build long-term partnerships with agencies, affiliates, and advertising platforms
— Lead complex negotiations and manage deals end-to-end
— Guide clients from first contact to campaign launch together with AM and Tech teams
— Track funnel performance, KPIs, and revenue growth across the region
— Represent the company at relevant online and offline industry events

Market & Strategy:
— Monitor competitors, GEO strategies, and pricing models
— Identify entry points into accounts working with other networks
— Leverage product advantages during negotiations
— Stay on top of iGaming and affiliate market trends in LATAM

Requirements:
— Senior-level experience in affiliate / iGaming / digital advertising
— Strong business development background with proven deal-closing experience
— Portuguese - priority (Spanish is acceptable)
— English - working proficiency
— Solid understanding of key metrics: eCPM, CPA, CR, ROI, etc.
