Focus on conducting comprehensive due diligence, reporting suspicious activity, and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania. Office attendance is expected 2 days a week.

Salary: 2192-3288 EUR gross per month

What you will do

• Perform individual and business customer onboarding.
• Monitor, identify, and analyze complex money laundering, fraud, and other risks.
• Investigate and escalate PEP, Sanctions, and Adverse Media screening alerts.
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence checks and identify suspicious activity.
• Ensure ongoing customer due diligence and compliance with AML, sanctions, and fraud risk.
• Provide recommendations for managing customer risk.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in compliance.
• English proficiency (B2 required).
• Ability to deliver high-quality results and work individually and within a team.
• Ability to multitask using internal systems.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts (from 8:00 AM to 00:00 AM).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new compliance and regulatory requirements.
