TL;DR
Lead Customer Solutions Design Specialist: Implementing complex Voice, Network, Wireless, and Security Solutions across a wide array of vendors, including Cisco, Fortinet, and Microsoft, with an accent on translating customer technical requirements into detailed solution designs. Focus on improving design and delivery capabilities for end-to-end technical solutions and facilitating strong customer relationships at a senior level.
Location: New Bailey, Manchester, United Kingdom. Must be comfortable with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Locations considered: Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Birmingham, Bristol Newcastle or London.

What you will do
- Capture detailed customer technical requirements and translate them into detailed solution designs.
- Manage the delivery of the technical direction and determine the optimum solution design for customers.
- Drive improvement of design and delivery capabilities for end-to-end technical solutions.
- Manage customer solution design engagement and statement of work creation.
- Facilitate the development of strong customer relationships at the senior level.
- Drive consistency in architecture and technical processes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Experience working with Cisco WAN/LAN, ideally at CCNP level and above.
- Knowledge of Data Centres.
- Experience of leading others for Right first time deployments and designs.
- Understand post-sale customer requirements, providing technical support and accountability throughout the implementation life cycle.
- Ability to develop trusted customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer experience.
