What you will do

• Lead and promote best practices in the design, execution, process, and delivery of diagnostic and benchmarking products.
• Communicate and present analytical insights to internal stakeholders.
• Build a First Team culture by working closely with peer managers to build trust, encourage teamwork, and identify synergies.
• Develop quantitative methodology proposals using statistical/econometric models to validate research hypotheses.
• Lead the design and creation of primary data collection instruments, sampling methodologies, and quantitative models.
• Build research study narratives by complementing data-driven insights with industry-leading best practices sourced from clients.

Requirements

• MBA or master’s degree in Economics / Statistics / other related fields.
• 5-6 years of experience at a leading research / data analytics / business intelligence / consulting firm.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and relay ideas, engage clients, and work in global teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading benchmarking studies and designing client-ready reports.
• Adept at deriving insights from structured data using various statistical methods.
• Proficiency with statistical concepts and in at least one statistical software package (R, Stata, SPSS, etc).
