Location: Expected to work from the office at least four days per week if living within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S.

Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year.

What you will do

• Design metrics to measure and track hirify.global advertiser demand health and inform/guide sales and marketing execution.
• Design and analyze the results of online and offline experiments using quasi-experiments and counterfactuals.
• Prototype algorithms for creating, managing, and optimizing demand generation activities through sales, marketing, and product.
• Work with key business stakeholders to understand the underlying business needs and formulate them into discrete, manageable problems.
• Develop new predictive and prescriptive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Influence stakeholders to make product/service improvements that yield customer/business value through storytelling and visualizations.

Requirements

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in managing data science projects, including problem definition, solution formulation, model building, and delivering measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python and R, and SQL-like query languages.
• Experience in applying statistics, designing experimentation, causal inference, and metrics.
