What you will do

• Design, implement, and test software solutions in Assembler and C, including unit and continuous integration testing.
• Implement, integrate, and optimize sonar signal processing algorithms.
• Develop quality solutions through efficient, maintainable code.
• Load code onto bespoke embedded hardware platforms and conduct testing.
• Perform integration, defect analysis, and resolution to support verification teams.
• Contribute to software architectural design, ideally using UML and Enterprise Architect.

Requirements

• Good experience in Assembler and C development.
• Strong experience in embedded program design and signal processing techniques.
• Good experience in software/hardware integration and fault resolution.
• Proficiency in UML design techniques and the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with FPGA and DSP hardware.
• Currently hold or be capable of holding UK SC clearance (requires UK residency for the last 3-5 years).
• Must be within commuting distance of the Greenford office.

• Experience of Python.
