Location: Flexible hybrid work model based in Toronto, Canada. Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity is required.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of hirify.global’s enterprise architecture aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Provide architectural oversight and direction for major initiatives, ensuring cohesion and strategic alignment.
• Advise Technology & Operations SLT on leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Champion modernization, innovation, and new approaches across the organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Architects.
• Partner with Products, Platforms, and Practices to translate strategy into actionable architecture roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in architecture roles, including leadership or people-management.
• Deep experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and technology strategy.
• Strong understanding of modern technology stacks: distributed systems, cloud, microservices, event-driven architecture, and security best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence senior-level decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.

• Architecture certifications or cloud certifications are considered an asset.
