What you will do
- Lead the evolution of hirify.global’s enterprise architecture aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Provide architectural oversight and direction for major initiatives, ensuring cohesion and strategic alignment.
- Advise Technology & Operations SLT on leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Champion modernization, innovation, and new approaches across the organization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Architects.
- Partner with Products, Platforms, and Practices to translate strategy into actionable architecture roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in architecture roles, including leadership or people-management.
- Deep experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and technology strategy.
- Strong understanding of modern technology stacks: distributed systems, cloud, microservices, event-driven architecture, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence senior-level decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
