What you will do

• Shape the technical vision and execution of Paige, hirify.global's AI compensation analyst system.
• Work with engineers and data scientists to build the Paige product end-to-end.
• Bring new AI products, specifically Paige, to market.
• Implement autonomous agents that can reason over structured compensation data.
• Execute multi-step workflows like market pricing, cycle planning, and attrition analysis across the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years building production systems with hands-on experience working with LLMs, agentic architectures, and retrieval systems.
• Strong product instincts to understand customer problems and their importance.
• Experience shipping features end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Pragmatic engineering judgment, knowing when to move fast and when to invest in quality.
• Collaborative by default, communicating clearly and working well across teams.
• High agency with a bias toward action and ownership, energized by bringing a new AI product to market.
