Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain), working 3 days a week from the hub.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate QA throughout the full release lifecycle for games.
• Define and lead release-level test strategies for features, content, and platforms.
• Maintain product roadmap understanding to assess risks and release readiness.
• Support concurrent iOS and Android mobile releases.
• Proactively communicate release risks, blockers, and quality status with clear reporting.
• Monitor, prioritize, and drive resolution of critical defects, implementing preventative actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA (video games or software), including a Senior QA or Release QA role.
• Experience supporting QA across live product releases (build coordination, release readiness, cross-platform testing).
• Proven ability to work closely with Engineering, Production, and external QA teams.
• Experience defining and executing functional test plans for new scope and content.
• Strong understanding of identifying, investigating, and reporting video game defects.
• Familiarity with TestRail and debugging/configuration tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate quality decisions.
