What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive testing and verification of shared engine systems, tools, and cross-project features.
• Develop, execute, and continuously optimize advanced, reusable test cases, test suites, and test plans.
• Collaborate closely with shared technology developers, tools programmers, and project teams to identify, document, and resolve issues.
• Analyze test results, identify systemic root causes, and provide actionable insights to improve quality.
• Participate in risk assessments, quality strategy planning, and process improvements across multiple projects.
• Create and refine quality reports and dashboards using data/analytics tools to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience coordinating QA activities across internal teams and external partners.
• 5+ years of experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar senior technical QA role.
• Hands-on experience contributing to or supporting at least one shipped AA/AAA title.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies for complex systems, including integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Strong experience validating technologies built on or integrated with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, REDengine).
• Solid knowledge of content and asset creation pipelines, including DCC tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, and Blender.
• Proven experience testing across multiple platforms and environments, including PC and major consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience leveraging QA tools, automation frameworks, and diagnostic solutions.
• Ability to mentor, guide, and support other QA team members through knowledge sharing.
