Salary: $48 – $72 an hour (CAD)

What you will do

• Help with the NETFILE and/or NetFile Québec certification processes.
• Analyze annual tax changes and implement them into the Tax product.
• Provide tax knowledge and guidance to the broader Product and Engineering teams.
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams to bring new ideas to life.
• Learn new things and seek opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience working on and leading teams to successfully achieve CRA and Revenu Québec certification.
• Deep understanding of federal personal taxation.
• Experience preparing personal tax returns in a professional context.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and excitement about learning JavaScript.
• Ability to take complex tax issues and simplify them for understanding.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong sense of ownership.
