Location: This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most hirify.globals have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.

Salary: $128,000–$145,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale features across Sales and Service Cloud.
• Develop and maintain high-performance Apex Trigger Frameworks and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for Customer and/or Partners, ensuring secure data visibility.
• Own the operational excellence of the platform, including system health monitoring and incident response.
• Design and support Enterprise Integration Patterns, Custom APIs, and Platform Events.
• Drive the SDLC and release management process using tools like Gearset, Copado, and GitHub.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of deep Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions).
